These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made at shopmoshi.com, operated under the Moshi brand.
1. Products and orders
Products offered for sale are described on their product pages, including their essential features, available variants, and prices. Photos are provided for illustrative purposes, and colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
To place an order, add your chosen items to your cart, review the order summary, and enter the information needed for payment and delivery. Your order is confirmed after payment is approved. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout.
2. Prices and payment
Prices for U.S. shoppers are displayed in U.S. dollars, including taxes. Any shipping charges are shown before you confirm your order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times may vary by destination and carrier. Tracked shipping to the United States is free, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days. Once tracking is available, you can follow your package through Track your order.
4. Returns and exchanges

5. Defective products or order preparation errors
